We were trying to manage moving to Las Vegas on our own in the beginning, but found that the process wasn't as straightforward as we initially thought. It was a great blessing that we stumbled upon Sheila's posts and profile page in a professional group we are part of. We messaged her and she got back to us right away. Sheila was very professional at the same time made sure we feel comfortable and at ease with the process. She was patient with listening and answering our concerns. Communication was phenomenal, Sheila updated us every step of the way. She gave her insights and gave us feedback and suggestions on properties that fit our needs. Overall Great Experience. We’ve been eyeing this next gen property since Dec of 2023 but we kept putting it off because of cold feet. But Sheila remained so patient, consistent and never gave up on us! A newly built next gen was available with a very beautiful mountain view by March of 2024 and finally decided to pursue it. Sheila made sure everything goes smoothly, she even tried negotiating the price for us and the builder didn’t just lower the price but gave us $26k credit! We then started listing our first home for leasing under the care of Sheila and within just 2 days of posting in MLS, we found a tenant! It was indeed an overall great experience with her. We were scared to take the chance of buying a new property and always losing faith and patience but she did not! Very professional realtor with good knowledge! I highly recommend Sheila Jane Regalado! We could not thank her enough!
